Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and there are no lock-in contracts.
How does GST work?
All prices shown are exclusive of 18% GST. We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment so you can claim input credit.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Plus and Premium include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Enterprise plans are scoped during a discovery call with our sales team.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major Indian credit and debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced directly with NEFT/RTGS.
What counts as a "review invitation"?
Each unique customer you ask for a review (via email, SMS or WhatsApp) consumes one invitation. Reminders to the same customer in the same month do not.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly, and we offer up to 50% off for registered Indian non-profits. Reach out via the contact form.
