We analyzed over 50,000 verified customer reviews to rank the best banking apps for mobile experience, fees, interest rates, and customer support.
We analyzed more than 50,000 verified customer reviews submitted to WhoIsAtTop over the past 12 months to rank the best banking apps available today. Our ranking weighs four key factors: mobile app experience, fee transparency, interest rates, and customer support quality.
How we ranked them
Each bank was scored across four dimensions: app UX (based on ease-of-use mentions in reviews), fees (mentions of unexpected charges or fee transparency), interest rates (savings rate mentions), and support (response time and resolution mentions). Only banks with 500+ verified reviews were included.

Revolut topped our rankings for the third year running. Customers consistently praise the real-time spending notifications, zero forex fees, and the ability to hold 30+ currencies. The main complaints center on customer support wait times during peak hours.
